Digital Products (eBooks)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. To Prevent misuse of our products the Number of Downloads has been Limited to 5 downloads/attempts.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases:
Eligible Refund Scenarios

Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased eBook and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Incorrect File Delivery: If you received the wrong title or format than what was purchased.
To request a refund in one of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at vidyaputra@srisanatanjyotish.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or error messages).
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
